I believe that less is more, and my business cards reflect that. The layout is clean and straightforward, but it’s their technical complexity that makes them engaging.

These cards are made of two different papers: 130# Strathmore Cover, Midnight Black Wove and 120# Superfine Cover, Ultrawhite Eggshell. The white paper is litho printed with black ink, while the black paper is hot foil stamped with gunmetal gray. The two are then duplexed together, leaving a noticeable layered edge.
The gunmetal foil is pretty impressive. Usually, it's a dark metallic color with just enough contrast to pop against the black. As it interacts with the light, sometimes it's gold, silver, black, and even picks up other colors from nearby.
